Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 15, 2026

This policy explains what data Cadenza collects, why, and how it is handled. We keep it short and direct.

Who we are

Cadenza is a product operated by Catalyst Management LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA.

You can reach us at cadenza@catalyst.music for any question related to this policy or your data.

What data we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

  • Account data. Your name, email address, and organisation name when you register.
  • Billing data. Payment is handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Workspace content. Material you upload or paste into Cadenza (text, links, images, video clips) and the outputs the system generates for you.
  • Artist profile data. Voice settings, genre, tone, language preferences, and other configuration details you enter per workspace.
  • Usage data. Package counts and saved photo counts tracked per workspace to enforce plan limits.
  • Log data. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and page requests. Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

How we use your data

  • To provide the Cadenza service and generate content outputs based on your material and artist profile.
  • To manage your account, subscription, and billing cycle.
  • To send transactional emails: account confirmation, password reset, workspace invitations, and billing receipts.
  • To enforce plan limits and calculate usage.
  • To diagnose errors and maintain service reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third-party services

Running Cadenza requires a small set of external services. Each processes only the data required to do its job.

  • Stripe. Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
  • AI model providers. Content generation calls are sent to AI model APIs. These calls include the material and artist context you provide. We use providers that do not train on user submissions by default. No personally identifying account information is included in generation calls.
  • Hosting and infrastructure. We use cloud hosting services to store data and serve the application. Data is stored on servers within the European Union or the United States depending on your account region.
  • Transactional email. Account and invitation emails are sent via a third-party email delivery service. We share only the recipient address and the email content required for that message.

Data retention

We keep your account data and workspace content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data moves to a read-only state at the end of your billing period.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, write to cadenza@catalyst.music. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

Cadenza uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to work. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.

If you use the public demo page, no cookies are set and no data is collected.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to certain types of processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to cadenza@catalyst.music. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are located in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We honor requests from all users regardless of jurisdiction.

Data security

All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS. Passwords are hashed before storage and never stored in plain text. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to cadenza@catalyst.music before disclosing it publicly.

Children

Cadenza is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of Cadenza after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
