How can we help?
Common questions are answered below. If something is missing, write to us directly and we will get back to you.
How do I start a free trial?
Go to the pricing page and select the free trial option. No credit card required. You get two full content packages so you can see the complete output before committing to a plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace stays accessible but generation is paused. All previously generated content remains visible. You can choose a paid plan at any time to continue.
How do I upgrade or switch plans?
Go to your dashboard and open Billing. From there you can switch plans, change your billing cycle between monthly and annual, or upgrade to a higher tier.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing from your dashboard and select the cancellation option. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Nothing is deleted immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us at cadenza@catalyst.music within 7 days of your most recent charge and describe your situation. Refunds are handled case by case.
What kind of material can I start with?
You can start with a video, a YouTube or social link, a photo, an audio clip, a written note, a release plan, or a rough idea. The system extracts what is useful and keeps everything tied to the artist voice you have configured.
What does a content package include?
Each package contains a working angle, platform-specific copy for Instagram, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn, short video moments with on-screen text, a cover build with text pulled from the post, a multi-day content plan, and a final export with copy blocks ready to paste.
Can I use Cadenza for more than one artist?
Yes. The Manager and Agency plans include multiple artist workspaces, each with its own voice profile, saved photos, and content history. The Starter and Solo Pro plans are for one workspace each.
Can I invite team members?
Team access is available on the Manager and Agency plans. You can invite editors and viewers to each artist workspace from the workspace settings. Editors can generate and save content. Viewers can read and copy outputs only.
Does Cadenza schedule or post content for me?
No. Cadenza prepares the material — the copy, the cover, the plan, the tags — so you know exactly what to post and what to paste into your tool. Scheduling and publishing happen in your existing tools.
How does the artist voice profile work?
When you set up an artist workspace, you fill in details about the artist's style, tone, genre, audience, and language preferences. Cadenza uses that profile to shape every output. You can update it at any time from the Artist profile button inside the workspace.
What languages does Cadenza support?
You can set the output language in the artist voice profile. Cadenza can work in most major European and global languages. The quality of output depends on the underlying model and may vary by language.
What video and image formats are supported?
Common image formats (JPG, PNG, WEBP) and video formats (MP4, MOV, WEBM) work for cover building and moment generation. For link-based input, YouTube, Instagram, and direct media URLs are supported.
Is my content stored?
Generated content and saved photos are stored in your workspace so you can come back to them. Uploaded media is processed and retained according to your plan's storage limits. See the privacy policy for full details on how data is handled.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspaces and outputs remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves to a read-only state. Write to us at cadenza@catalyst.music if you need to request data deletion.
How do I add Cadenza to my phone's home screen?
Cadenza runs in your browser and can be pinned to your home screen so it opens like an app, full screen with no address bar.
iPhone or iPad (Safari)
Open Cadenza in Safari. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up). Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. Give it a name and tap Add. The icon appears on your home screen and opens straight to the app.
Android (Chrome)
Open Cadenza in Chrome. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app. Confirm and the icon is added. On some Android devices Chrome will show an install prompt automatically at the bottom of the screen.
Once installed, tap the icon to open Cadenza directly without going through your browser first.
